Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to digital design files (PDF) sold by EMBD TEKNOLOJİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("ADASTYLESTUDIO") in the adastylestudio.com store. Before each payment the buyer is shown a Pre-information Form and a Distance Sales Contract filled in with their details; the order is governed by those documents. 2. Product and delivery

  • Products are digital content (PDF files); nothing is shipped.
  • The file can be downloaded from the order page immediately after the payment is approved; an order confirmation is also sent by e-mail.
  • Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times (at most 5 per order). You can download it again later from "My orders" with a verification code sent to your e-mail address.
  • Every downloaded copy carries the buyer's name and e-mail address on its pages (stamped copy).

3. Price and payment

  • Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT; there are no additional fees.
  • Payment is taken by credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution. ADASTYLESTUDIO does not see or store your card details.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods delivered immediately in electronic form. Before paying you expressly agree that delivery starts immediately and accept that this consent ends your right of withdrawal.

5. Usage right (licence) summary

  • A purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the design: you may use it to produce your own garments and sell those garments.
  • You may not sell, share, publish or transfer the file itself or any derivative file.
  • The economic rights in the design remain with the seller; the same design may be sold to other buyers.
  • A transfer of all rights in the design is not part of this sale and is made only by a separate written contract. Contact us through the pre-meeting form for this.

6. Requests, complaints and disputes

Requests and complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade) and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.

7. Personal data

The details you give when ordering are processed as described in the Privacy Notice. E-mails about new designs are sent only with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
